What is the weight of the bundles?

All our sew-in hair extension bundles have a weight of 100 grams. This is the standard weight that customers are accustomed to purchasing.

What color are the bundles?

The hair is a 1B natural color unless otherwise specified. We have over a dozen colors of clip-in extensions along with blonde, silver, and ombre color sew-in extensions.

If I place my order now, when will it ship?

Most orders ship within 2 days if ordered before 3 pm – Monday through Friday. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking along with email tracking updates all the way to delivery.

How long does this hair weave last?

It really depends on the care. We have had multiple clients do multiple installs. Expect anywhere from 3 months to over 1 year in most cases. If you do a “quick weave” and cut the wefts do not expect the hair to last as long. This also goes for coloring the hair extensions. Coloring hair does damage it and will reduce the time the hair will last. If you keep the hair in its natural state, it can last from 1-2 years.

How often do you get new products?

We offer new hair weave options monthly. As our customer base grows, we reinvest in our product offerings based on client demand.

Do you sell synthetic hair or wigs?

I am sorry we do not. We only sell 100% human hair weave. We do not have plans to in the future as we are currently focused on growing our wholesale hair weave collections.

How many bundles do I need for a sew-in?

It will depend on the length of the weave. For lengths 10″ – 12″ you can probably get away with using just two bundles. For lengths 14″ – 20″ we recommend three bundles. Over 22″ you will want to use four bundles. As the hair weave gets longer, the wefts become shorter, and you will need additional bundles for a full sew-in. You will also have to factor in the size of yours or your clients head.

Why do I need to verify my order if shipped to a different address?

We love the hair business, but unfortunately, it has a high rate of fraudulent transactions. We do not have time for these credit card scammers. If we ship an order to an address other than the billing we could be liable for the charge. To do so, we verify the identity of the cardholder. If the order is delivered to the desired address and the cardholder authorizes a chargeback, it would be considered credit card fraud which is seen as a felony. We highly recommend other hair business owners to implement similar or the same procedures to limit their exposure to fraud.

What kind of hair weave do you sell?

Our hair is 100% Raw virgin human hair weave! We offer Raw hair textures in Straight, Body Wave, Loose Wave, & Deep Wave. What is the difference between 8A, 9A, and 10A Hair? Grades of hair extensions were made to create diversity in the market, but don’t actually exist.

All of our hair is virgin human hair, and the quality of our products is good as a whole. However, because the hair source is different, the amplitude is different, the quality is different, there will be a certain difference in the price.
