We ship orders within 7 DAYS of your purchase
Returns & Exchanges
1. REFUNDS
Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery or if the order is canceled before it is shipped. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
(Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons there is a strict "NO REFUND" policy on used and opened product. No exceptions will be made. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons. Security seal must be intact. If you are unhappy or have an issue with the product you received, please contact us at kayshair@kays-secret.com so that we can assist you further.)
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Product(s) must be in the same condition. (No product should be in any of the hair and it should not be altered in any way)
If the listed conditions are not met, Kay’s Secret LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund.
2. RETURNS
To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at kayshair@kays-secret.com. Kay’s Secret LLC will pay for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a shipping label, or reimburse you otherwise for return shipping.
